2017 Flying Colors Red Blend

Flying Colors is a Super Tuscan-style blend of vibrant flavors and colors bringing the flavors of Tuscany, Rhone and Bordeaux together using the best sources of Washington state’s Columbia Valley fruit. Unique complexity including red and dark berry flavors, spice, and velvety texture.  It’s always a sure thing!  

Delicious blend of Sangiovese, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot.  Always a tasting room favorite.  Made with primarily Red Mountain fruit along with fruit from Walla Walla Valley, Horse Heaven Hills, and Wahluke Slope (changing each year).    This is a Super Tuscan blend that will keep you coming back for more.  

52% Sangiovese, 27% Syrah, 16% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot

Proudly displaying a sailboat’s flag is known as “Flying Colors”.   Historically, a ship returning to port with its flags flying signified it was victorious in its outing - triumphant.  We hope you’ll agree that triumph aptly describes this fantastic Super Tuscan-style blend.
