2017 Full Keel Red Blend

The 2017 Full Keel leans a bit more Merlot-forward than the 2018, a product of the growing season’s cooler stretch. Merlot leads with dark plum and black cherry, while Cabernet Sauvignon adds cedar, dried herb, and a firmer tannic backbone. The bouquet is expressive right out of the gate, and the palate follows with rich fruit that gives way to a clean, moderate finish — balanced rather than heavy.
