2017 "The Boom" Tuscan Cabernet Sauvignon

The Boom is our Tuscan-style Cabernet Sauvignon similar to Italy's finest "Solaia" produced by Antintori in Tuscany. We showcase a blend of Red Mountain and Horse Heaven Hills bold Cabernet Sauvignon with Sangiovese from Red Mountain and Waluke Slope. The 2017 delivers a powerful nose of blackcurrant, cocoa, and toasted oak, with a hint of graphite underneath. The palate is full-bodied and structured, with firm tannins and dark fruit that build through the mid-palate to a long, resonant finish.
