Club Notes

•Quarterly: Wine club will be automatically charged to your card each quarter.

Price Variations: Currently FOG = ~$60/Qtr and Captain's Quarters= ~$175/Qtr after discount. Tax will be added. Although we attempt to keep wine club quarterly charges relatively consistent, charges may vary and will increase with price increases on particular wines. Inclusion of additional bottles may occur on occasion but we attempt to keep the charge consistent with other quarters.
Cancellation: You may cancel any time at a later date prior to quarterly club processing. We do ask for you to give us a chance for at least a quarter.
Email Opt-In: You will receive occasional club emails including notification of parties and availability for pick up.
Email Bounceback: Please add “genoacellars.com” immediately to your trusted Email list to ensure receipt of notifications. This is how we communicate about your account and special events.
Late Pickup: Wine will be held for up to one year and will be donated if not picked up by that time
Pickup Location: Wine will be available for pickup during OPEN hours at our tasting room 14356 Woodinville-Redmond Rd NE, Redmond, WA 98052. You may pick up at another location if open and more convenient. Please check our Web site for hours.
Wine Trades: You may trade a club wine for another wine of same or lesser value, if you prefer, at the time you pick up at the tasting room. We try to be flexible when you have a favorite but we're proud of all our releases and know you will love them if you give them a chance!
